Founded in 2015 by Mark Lucido, Lucido Properties started by diversifying its wealth from the stock market and investing in commercial real estate. Our strategy is focused on Flex space, Small Office, Healthcare, and retail as we continue to grow through acquisition.
Mark takes a personalized approach to Property Management with an emphasis on relationships at the nucleus. He believes this results in higher quality tenants and contractors who offer preferred pricing based on loyalty.
Our portfolio currently consists of 25,850 sf across 3 properties: an 8-unit and 17-unit multi-tenant Flex spaces in Downtown Carrollton, and a duplex retail space in Euless, TX.
